You may request a refund or return for Volyexa products if the item arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning as described, if you receive the wrong product, or if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Installed, modified, or heavily used items may not be eligible, depending on their condition.

Please include your order number, product details, and the reason for your return request. Our support team will review your case and guide you through the process. If your request qualifies, we will issue a return authorization and provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.
Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned product, Volyexa will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you wish to exchange your Inverter Charger for a replacement unit or a different model, our team will be happy to assist you. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions outlined in this policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, the wrong item was shipped, or the issue occurred due to an error on Volyexa’s part. In qualifying cases, Volyexa will cover the return shipping cost.
